Lucas Osborne

Luke is a professional engineer with over 26 years of experience in the fields of civil and water resources engineering. He is an owner of HydroSolutions and serves as the company’s President. He is responsible for technical services, business management, project development, technical quality and client relations. He has worked at HydroSolutions since 2007 in Helena Montana, where he focuses on hydrology, water rights, water quality, public water supply source development and water treatment, irrigation planning and development, and environmental remediation. He has been called on as an expert in cases involving hydrologic evaluation, hydraulic analysis, stream channel and ditch reconstruction, and Section 404 Clean Water Act actions. Luke is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
