David O. Baldwin

Dave manages projects and provides services in the fields of groundwater and surface-water hydrogeology (groundwater exploration, well installation oversight, and aquifer testing, and groundwater modeling), water rights (analysis and permitting, water marketing, development of mitigation plans, expert witness testimony), and asset mapping (GPS and GIS). He is a registered professional geologist and has been working in the geology field since 1978. Dave was a Principal in Water Right Solutions, Inc. prior to its merger with HydroSolutions, Inc.
